Dear member,

On behalf of the board of the Shipowners' Club you are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting on

 

Tuesday the 25th of March from 13.45 - 14.00 
at Danish Shipping, Amaliegade 33

 

The Annual General Meeting will begin right after the Shipping Lunch with guest speaker, Friis Arne Petersen.

 

Agenda

Per § 5 of the bylaws of the club, the annual general assembly is held with the following agenda:

 

  1. Election of moderator of the general assembly
  1. The Chairman’s report and financial statement for 2024, determination of membership fee
  1. Received proposals
  1. Elections of members of the board
  1. Election of auditor
  1. Any other business

 

A more elaborate agenda will be circulated ahead of the meeting.
